Cognitive assessments
Whether you feel like you are struggling with attention issues and are wondering about adult ADHD, working through unknowns about adult Autism, or have concerns that your memory isn’t as sharp as it used to be, call to schedule an intake assessment and you and your provider can discuss options for comprehensive testing and evaluation.
Ask your Primary Care Physician for a referral, we will work with you to schedule testing and evaluations with our testing technicians and our clinical provider, then work with your insurance to make sure we have any needed prior authorizations in place.
