Getting the help you need is as easy as making a call - our friendly office staff will get you set with one of our experienced providers. If you’re looking for a listening ear, want to better understand and manage a mental health struggle, or need clinical testing to provide a diagnosis, we are here for your individualized care.

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in the city of Grand Junction, in a medical office building off 7th St. and Patterson Rd. Appointments are primarily scheduled to take place in-person in our professional office environment, but telehealth options may be available - just ask!

Our Services

Individual therapy may include many different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT-I for insomnia, etc. Providers will tailer their treatment plans to your needs.
Your Primary Care Provider may refer you for an in-depth clinical assessment for IQ testing, ADHD for adults, Autism Spectrum Disorder for adults, neuropsychological (cognitive) testing for memory loss, Pre-surgical evaluation for bariatric surgery/spinal surgery/DBS, and general diagnostic evaluation. Testing is completed in-house with one of our friendly testing technicians; your provider will interpret the results and give you a diagnostic summary of what they found and how to move forward.
We take most commercial insurance plans (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United HealthCare, UMR, etc), Medicare plans (including Medicare Advantage), Medicaid, and Veteran-Assistance plans such as TriWest and TriCare. Contact your insurance to confirm your deductibles and copays, as well as in-network status of your individual provider.
